  • Cream of cauliflower soup, chanterelle mushrooms, bacon lardoons and truffle oil

Thursday November 17th
  • Trio of roasted beets, herbed goat cheese, arugula and fresh horseradish vinaigrette
  • Oyster pan roast, with leek fondue and smoked paprika
  • Apple cider braised center cut pork loin, sweet corn and aged cheddar flan, pork belly roasted collard greens, fried okra, hard cider sauce
  • Apple tart tatin, cinnamon whipped crème fraiche

Thanksgiving
  • Pan fried artichokes, parmiggiano reggiano, coriander and lemon emulsion
  • Baked roasted garlic and manchego maccheroni
  • Sage grilled turkey “steak”, brioche and chorizo stuffing, sweet potato soufflé, giblet gravy
