| After 25 years of creating paper collage I became interested in applying the same process to create 3 dimensional work. I place objects in new contexts to illustrate a different way of looking at a familiar theme.
Contradictions appeal to me as I decide which objects will go together. I look at what the object is used for, who uses it, as well as color, shape and texture. I try to attach social meaning to each object and the roll it plays in the final product. |
